Our policy lasts 7 days. 7 days from the day of purchase for in-store purchases & 7 days from the date your order was received for online purchases. If 7 days have gone by, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as magazines. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in original condition, damaged, missing parts for reasons not due to our error or that is returned more than 7 days after delivery cannot be accepted.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed & a credit will automatically be applied to your account within a certain amount of days.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges/Store credit (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without a trackable shipping service, we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
